Paying

Cancelling
If you need to cancel, Meadow Farm’s cancellation policy decides what you get back:
- Cancel 7 or more days before you arrive: full refund.
- Cancel less than 7 days before you arrive: no refund.
Refunds are worked out on the price of your stay and are never more than you’ve paid.
To cancel, use your stay page (the link is in your confirmation email) or contact Meadow Farm. If Meadow Farm has to cancel your booking, they’ll refund what you’ve paid.
Changing your booking
To change your dates, pitch or party, ask on your stay page or contact Meadow Farm. Changes depend on what’s free, and the price can go up or down for different dates. Meadow Farm will confirm any change, and its price, before it’s made.
Arriving and leaving
You can arrive from 1pm and should leave by 11am, unless your pitch says otherwise when you book.
Site rules
- Arrive between 1pm and 7pm. Out by 11am.
- Dogs very welcome. On leads please — sheep next door have opinions.
- Campfires in raised pits only. We'll lend you one.
- Quiet time from 10pm. The owls handle the nightshift.
Dogs are welcome on some pitches (it says which when you choose), at £2 a night each. Please tell Meadow Farm how many are coming when you book, keep them under control and clear up after them.
Please only bring the people, vehicles and dogs you’ve booked for, and follow any reasonable instructions from Meadow Farm while you’re there.
Looking after each other
Meadow Farm will provide the stay you booked with reasonable care and skill. You’re responsible for your party, your belongings, your vehicles and your dogs, and for any damage you cause. Meadow Farm isn’t responsible for losses it couldn’t reasonably have foreseen or prevented, such as bad weather.
Nothing in these terms limits Meadow Farm’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or anything else the law doesn’t allow it to limit, and nothing affects your rights under consumer law.
If something isn’t right
Please tell Meadow Farm as soon as you can, while you’re there if possible, so they can put it right. You can ring 07700 900123, or send a message from your stay page.
