Meadow Farm

About us

Nine pitches and a hut

No clubhouse and no entertainment block. Just room to breathe, and the hills.

The Long Mynd from the gate

Walk straight out onto the ridge, or down the lane to the pub.

Campfires allowed

Raised fire pits on every pitch. We’ll lend you one and sell you the logs.

The hills behind the farm in autumn

We bought this patch of hillside in 2018, having spent years visiting Church Stretton with our caravan and always saying "someone should put a site here." Three years of fencing, levelling, and one very stubborn planning application later, we opened the gate to our first guests.

The site is deliberately small — nine pitches and a shepherd's hut, no clubhouse, no entertainment block. Just good flat ground, clean loos, and the kind of views that make you forget what day it is. The Stiperstones ridge walk starts half a mile from our gate, and if you walk the other way, you'll hit a pub before you hit a main road.

“We live in the farmhouse at the top of the lane. Knock anytime — or don't. We won't take it personally.”

— Sarah & Tom Williams
